Return Policies.
If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. This is very nice overall- I bought it to hold a rosary. My husband had to loosen up the hinge so it would both open and shut easily, but it seems to work well now. Works for my intended purpose anyway, and the tooling looks good. I think I bought the copper, and it’s more of a deep bronze metallic leather- which I don’t mind at all. Recommend it as a rosary, coin, or small item case, as long as you don’t need it to shut tightly because technically there is no real closure. Pretty, I also enjoy the fabric lining- good value for price.
