PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All items are ready to ship! We use USPS with tracking, and FedEx is available at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address—once the order is placed, we can’t make changes for security reasons.
We gladly accept returns and cancellations within 5 days of delivery (except personalized items). Buyers cover return shipping and a $5 restocking fee. Personalized orders are final sale.

We use genuine sustainable leather with no plastic coatings. That means it may not be waterproof, and each piece may have natural markings. With the right care, it gets even better over time. We include a leather care card with every purchase.
ZIPPER CARE
Zippers may need occasional lubrication to stay smooth. If you use your item daily, apply a zipper lubricant once a month or as needed.
EXCHANGES
We guarantee your purchase for 15 days against any manufacturing defects. If something’s wrong, let us know so we can make it right. After 15 days, wear and tear or misuse isn’t covered, but we’re always here to help.

If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund.
