Return Policies.
If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:
- your name
- order number
- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Nice item and my daughter loved it. She lost it after one week, unfortunately. Hopefully they restock in the same color at some point and we might reorder.

Received the wrong item the first time but contacted customer service and they instructed me to return the incorrect item and reorder the correct item. They said they would refund me upon receipt of the returned item, which they did. The correct item arrived quickly.

The leather and designs are awesome but ruined by the line green zipper and stitching. I was weary because there were no pictures of the back of the color i ordered and I was right to be. Just disappointed because I though it would be perfect and earthy like in the pictures
